Happy Weekend! We are gearing up for an exciting weekend of weddings and events here at The Blue Steel Offices! In the mean time, we stumbled across this gorgeous wedding from earlier this year held at
The Hermitage Museum and Gardens. Shanley and Raymond’s wedding day took place on May 25, 2014. Their outdoor reception took place in a giant tent lined with chandeliers amidst the lush gardens. We loved the elegant feel of the whole day. We could not stop looking at all of the gorgeous images that Sharon Elizabeth Photography took of their special day. Here is just a glimpse of some of our favorites. Special thanks to Michelle Amarillo Event Planning for all of her handwork putting this day together.
You cannot beat the feel of a garden party, while looking over the water!!
These door knob table numbers are so cute!!
This Thursday we are changing things up a bit. We are taking our typical “Throwback Thursday” and adding a “Thirsty Thursday” feel to it. We are featuring Erica and Nick’s big day from back in November 2012. Their gorgeous wedding took place in the ever so lovely Williamsburg Winery !! Who doesn’t love a wedding at a winery?
We also loved working with photographer, Amanda Hedgepath, who captured this perfect fall day so beautifully!
We love Williamsburg Winery’s Wines!!
We loved the fall feel that surrounded Erica and Nick’s Wedding Day!
How Romantic is this room with these wine barrels ?
What’s Coming Up Wednesday ?!
We are so excited for this upcoming wedding weekend! We have three fabulous couples who’s special day is quickly approaching. We are also lighting up the stage for The 8th Annual Pink Tie Gala, taking place in Richmond, VA! We are thrilled to play a part in this magnificent event that raises money and awareness for Breast Cancer Programs!!
Check back in next Monday to see how we loved making each event shine bright!
For this Tuesday, we are loving the idea of incorporating wheels into your wedding day lighting! They are perfect for a rustic or vintage themed event! Hang mason jars for a really fun chandelier, or inter-twine string lights to for over the dance floor to really make it sparkle! We especially love combining both mason jars + crystal beads! Its such a unique look, so casual yet so fancy at the same time!
